A leading NHS trust in Edgware is seeking an experienced AHP professional to operationally lead complex neurorehabilitation services. The role involves overseeing the development of the Neurological Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) and enhancing patient care pathways. Qualifications

• Extensive post-graduate general clinical experience.
• Extensive experience working at an advanced/clinical specialist level in the field of Neurosciences/ Neurorehabilitation.
• Post graduate experience within clinical leadership and operational management.
• Extensive experience of working with patients with neurological conditions across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
• Experience of preparing business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of care pathways from secondary care to primary care to ensure integrated working.
• Be the service lead for relevant neurological Disability/Long term Conditions clinical networks.
• Lead the development of the Community Neurological Conditions Management Team.
• Develop working relationships with commissioners.
• Identify service gaps and work to define needs.
