Job summary

Athona Ltd is assisting an NHS Trust in the North East to recruit a Neurology Consultant for a 3-month locum assignment. The post is full-time with standard hours Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, and an initial contract of three months.

The role offers an hourly rate of £110–£125, sits inside IR35, and requires GMC registration, UK experience, and the right to work in the UK. Immediate start is available for suitably qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• GMC registration is required and must be in good standing.
• UK clinical experience in neurology is expected.
• Right to work in the UK must be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Provide neurology clinical care within an NHS Trust in a North East setting.
• Deliver services as a full-time locum from Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.
• Work within an acute care environment under IR35 guidelines.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Neurology Consultant to work with an NHS Trust in the North East region. This full-time locum position is based in a acute setting, with proposed working hours of Monday to Friday – 0900 – 1700.

The role is set to begin ASAP and will last for 3 months initially, offering an hourly rate of £110 – £125 per hour. Please note that this position is inside IR35.

To be eligible, you must have GMC, UK experience, and right to work in the UK.
