You will work with the senior Nurse to manage the on-call service and ward budgets, mentor staff, and foster a learning environment that improves patient outcomes and professional development.

Qualifications

• A relevant nursing qualification.
• NMC registration.
• Commitment to high-quality care and to evidence-based practice.
• Relevant experience in a similar environment.
• Proven track record of leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team to provide high-quality care for neurological illnesses while promoting teamwork.
• Support colleagues and empower recovery, delivering supervision across the ward.
• Work with the senior Nurse to manage the on-call service and ward budgets.
• Lead care teams and create a positive learning environment for staff and learners.
• Act as a role model and drive governance, safety and best practices on the ward.
