Qualifications

• Specialist knowledge of neurological conditions and clinical reasoning to plan and provide interventions.
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients with varying neurological diagnoses.
• Experience in supervising and supporting junior staff and students.
• Working within a multidisciplinary team to plan patient-centred care.
• Commitment to service development and improving patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions in an Out-Patient Neurological Rehabilitation Unit.
• Manage a caseload of patients with varying neurological diagnoses and complex needs.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to tailor clinical interventions.
• Provide supervision and annual appraisal for junior staff and students.
• Contribute to clinical practice development and service improvement within the area.
• Lead information management and ensure high-quality data recording and reporting.
