Job summary

CYGNET is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for The Daley Care Centre in Deepcar, near Sheffield. A 42-hour week schedule includes day and night shifts with alternating weekends, focused on complex neurological care and ABI support.

Training provided, DBS check required and opportunities for career development. Experience in Stoma, Spinal Injury, Tracheostomy care, and related procedures is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all service users & residents.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required.
• Safeguard residents and maintain a safe, clean environment.
