Qualifications
- Qualified nurse with a nursing qualification (RGN).
- Registered with NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council).
- Strong ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Self-motivated with flexible approach to care delivery.
- Caring, compassionate and positive attitude.
- Commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to service users.
- Lead assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
- Mentor and support team members.
- Record and report changes in service users and maintain accurate records.
