You will provide professional clinical nursing care, supervise colleagues, and ensure safety and accuracy in documentation while promoting guests' rights and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Current registration with the NMC and a valid PIN.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A professional, positive and person-centred approach.
• A genuine interest in supporting people living with neurological conditions.
• The confidence and ability to supervise and support other members of the team.
• A flexible and proactive approach, with a willingness to contribute to the wider life of Leuchie.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and maintaining the highest standards of clinical nursing care.
• Overseeing the day-to-day care of guests, including safe administration and management of medication.
• Planning, implementing and supervising the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical and medical documentation.
• Promoting and respecting guests' privacy, dignity, independence, choice and control.
• Monitoring guests’ health and wellbeing, identifying changes and arranging input as needed.
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to meet individual care needs.
