Qualifications

• Recognised Health Professional qualification with registration eligibility.
• Postgraduate specialist clinical training up to Masters level.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary child health teams.
• Commitment to safeguarding, quality, and policy compliance.
• Strong communication and HR management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage three teams in children’s services across Warrington.
• Provide strategic leadership and governance for clinical service delivery.
• Oversee workforce planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality services and effective referral pathways.
• Promote continuous improvement through supervision, training and audits.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to enhance integrated care for children.
