A leading educational institution in Crewe is looking for an IT Technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background and experience in supporting users with technical issues. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing IT systems, ensuring effective functioning, and assisting with audits. Applicants should possess an IT qualification and relevant customer service experience. Competitive salary and extensive benefits offered.
Salary: £26,592 – £29,838 (per annum)

Hours: 37 hours per week

We are looking for a IT Technician to join us at our Crewe campus. Both our proactive and reactive work are vital to the running of the College. We work on large-scale projects as well as supporting colleagues with day-to-day technical issues.
Are you a good fit for this role?
Are you able to install, maintain and repair systems and equipment? Do you know how to trouble‑shoot and implement solutions? Could you conduct a successful inventory audit?
Can you prioritise effectively? Are you able to communicate positively? Do you have a keen eye for detail?
Do you have an IT‑based qualification? Have you previously worked in a customer service role? Do you have an understanding of working in Education?
