MLL Telecom Limited invites you to join as a Network Technical Design Authority, shaping secure and innovative network solutions for public sector customers. You will translate customer requirements into robust designs and drive successful network deployments.

The role emphasizes ownership of technical delivery, high/low level network designs, and close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Essential technical expertise includes Fortinet NSE7 or FCE level ability.
• CCNP SP or equivalent (JNCIS/JNCIP) recommended.
• L3 VPN design and implementation knowledge.
• Cisco ASA or Palo Alto firewalls experience.
• Juniper SRX firewall experience.
• WAN network design and strong BGP routing skills.
• LAN design knowledge and QoS deployment.
• Experience with network monitoring tools like Solarwinds.
• Consultancy experience—eliciting customer requirements and producing network documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering customer requirements to prepare project plans and delivery timescales.
• Develop solutions from customer specifications aligned with project delivery.
• Take ownership for technical delivery.
• Produce High Level and Low Level Network Design documentation.
• Carry out network project implementation tasks.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure project and service delivery meets customer expectations.
• Support the Network Engineering Manager in team development.

Join MLL Telecom Limited as a Network Technical Design Authority and play a key role in designing and delivering secure, innovative network solutions for public sector organisations. You will be involved in transforming customer requirements into robust technical designs and successful network deployments.

Essential Technical Expertise

• Fortinet NSE 7 / FCE level ability
• CCNP (preferably SP) or equivalent (JNCIS /JNCIP)
• L3 VPN's network design and
• Implementation
• Cisco ASA Firewalls or Palo Alto Firewalls
• Juniper SRX firewalls
• WAN Network Design
• Strong BGP routing skills
• LAN Network Design
• Knowledge of QoS and deployment
• Network Monitoring systems (Solarwinds)
• Consultancy experience (eliciting customer requirements and producing network documentations)
