A leading water and wastewater company in the UK is seeking a Network Service Technician to resolve customer network challenges and ensure minimal disruption. The role involves investigating clean water networks, controlling burst mains, and maintaining high service standards. Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills and a full UK driving licence. Comprehensive training is provided. This is an exciting and varied customer-facing role where, day to day, you will be resolving customer network challenges to ensure minimal disruption to customer supply.
You will be meeting and helping different people every day, working on a variety of projects, ensuring that the best service is given to our customers.
Ashford Common - TW15 1RU or Deephams - Enfield, North London - N9 0BA
38 Hours per week. The working pattern will consist of Monday - Friday, plus the addition of Standby weeks that will incorporate working weekends over an 8-week pattern.
