A leading water utility provider in the UK is seeking a Network Service Technician to resolve customer issues and ensure optimal water supply. You will engage with customers, manage network challenges, and require excellent service skills. No prior experience is needed as comprehensive training will be provided. Attractive benefits include a starting salary of £28,970 and generous annual leave.
This is an exciting and varied customer-facing role where, day to day, you will be resolving customer network challenges to ensure minimal disruption to customer supply.
You will be meeting and helping different people every day, working on a variety of projects, ensuring that the best service is given to our customers.
Base location: Ashford Common - TW15 1RU or Deephams - Enfield, North London - N9 0BA
Working pattern or hours: 38 Hours per week. The working pattern will consist of Monday - Friday, plus the addition of Standby weeks that will incorporate working weekends over an 8-week pattern.
