Job summary

SP Energy Networks in Glasgow is seeking a Network Planning Analyst to support RIIO-T3 investment programmes. The role focuses on tracking, data analysis and reporting to underpin major network projects.

You will develop dashboards using Power BI and Power Query, coordinate across Transmission Networks and engage with stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Data analysis, reporting and dashboard development with Power BI.
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques and process improvement.
• Strong organisational skills; manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience using SAP and corporate business systems.

As a Network Planning Analyst, you'll play a key role in providing the data, reporting and coordination that supports the development of major network investment projects, customer connections and asset replacement programmes.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to the delivery of RIIO-T3 and support the infrastructure investment needed to enable the transition to Net Zero. Working at the heart of Transmission Networks, you'll help ensure projects are effectively tracked, reported and coordinated so that critical electricity infrastructure can be delivered successfully.**What you'll be doing**You'll coordinate the tracking and reporting of projects and activities across the Transmission Networks team, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, meaningful and timely information. You'll gather, validate and analyse data from a variety of sources, creating insightful reporting and dashboards using Power BI and Power Query to support decision making.You'll work closely with colleagues from across the business to understand reporting requirements, improve processes and document workflows. You'll also manage stakeholder requests, support regulatory submissions and undertake activities within SAP to help ensure projects and business priorities remain on track.
