Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Previous experience in IT service management, preferably within a large enterprise.
• In‑depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of network, routing, switching, and infrastructure technologies.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage systems, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure network operations meet or exceed strict service level agreements.
• Lead and manage outsourced teams to deliver IT services.
• Guarantee the maturity of new network services before they go live.
• Act as the key contact for network topics for the site.
• Be the ambassador for the connectivity PSL on‑site.
