Job summary

ARK UK PROGRAMMES in West London is seeking a Senior Maths Network Lead to work with the Curriculum and Assessment team and Ark Curriculum Plus. You will provide targeted, school-facing support to maths departments, strengthening curriculum implementation, teaching and pupil outcomes.

This role focuses on implementing Ark's maths curriculum and assessment approach across KS3/ KS4, developing maths leaders across the network and using evidence from visits to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• An excellent and credible maths practitioner with a strong track record of teaching and securing strong pupil outcomes at secondary level.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted, school-facing support to maths departments, strengthening curriculum implementation, teaching and pupil outcomes.
• Support implementation of Ark's maths curriculum and assessment approach across KS4 (Precise Planning, common assessment, use of assessment information).
• Strengthen KS3 maths, including Year 7 catch-up programmes and addressing gaps in foundational knowledge.
• Develop maths leaders and teachers across the network through Network Days, meetings and professional development.
• Contribute to the development of Ark's maths curriculum and resources with Ark Schools and Ark Curriculum Plus.
• Use evidence from visits and outcomes to identify priorities, provide actionable feedback, and support improvements.
• Contribute to wider maths priorities and projects including deployment, enrichment and curriculum development.
