We are seeking an experienced and proactive Network Engineer to join our operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong networking knowledge and hands-on experience across CCTV, access control, and IP-based security systems. The role involves:
- Provide remote technical support via access tools to diagnose and resolve software-related faults
- Respond to P1 outages within agreed response times
- Support, maintain, and fault-find across structured networks and wireless links
- Act as an escalation point for the team to resolve complex technical cases
- Work with CCTV infrastructure, IP networks, and IP door entry/access control systems
- Complete accurate documentation, job reports, and timesheets within the company’s service system
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and safe working practic
Key experience / Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in fault-finding
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, topology, and structured networks
- Experience with structured networks and wireless technologies
- Knowledge of virtual servers and cloud-hosted environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Document Managed Services
- Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience within a control room environment – desirable

We will offer the following package:
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm (Permanent).
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 pa dependant on skills, experience, and qualifications
