  • Oversee hardware/software upgrades and lifecycle management.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships to secure network products and services.
  • Design, implement, and maintain VoIP systems, including phone servers and devices.
  • Design and support Audio/Video systems across the organisation.
  • Configure networks to ensure stability, reliability, and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Support installation and troubleshooting of end‑user workstations, peripherals, and software.
  • Ensure connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony, fax, and network appliances.
  • Manage servers (email, database, printers, backup) and associated systems.
  • Maintain network asset inventory and documentation.
  • Provide network performance analysis, statistics, and reporting.
  • Support and participate in network security solutions.
  • Perform server and security audits, backups, and recovery processes.
  • Work with department leaders to assess near‑ and long‑term network capacity needs.
  • Create and maintain documentation for network configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
  • Develop and uphold policies, procedures, and training for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery.

  • Hands‑on experience with VoIP systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and familiarity with testing tools for voice/data circuits.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy practices and relevant regulations.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to research and present technical information in user‑friendly language.
