Responsibilities
  • Support, configure, and maintain enterprise network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud-based network services.
  • Perform network monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
  • Assist in designing and implementing secure, scalable network solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues and support business initiatives.
  • Document network processes, configurations, and incident resolutions clearly and accurately.
  • Participate in on‑call rotations and respond to network incidents as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, subnets, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network security principles.
  • Experience with both Cisco Switching and Meraki Wireless.
  • Experience with SASE security platforms, with a strong preference for Zscaler. Experience with similar technologies such as Cloudflare Zero Trust, Palo Alto Prisma Access or Netskope is also valuable.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify, isolate, and resolve network issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto Firewall technology.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience.
