Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Programming experience with Python and Go is required.
• Experience with automation, APIs, scripting, AI tools, ML, or data analytics is desirable.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, routing, switching, architecture).
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-changing technical environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop scripts, tools, and automation to streamline network design activities.
• Use Python, Go, APIs, AI tools, and data-driven methods to improve workflows.
• Translate product requirements into practical technical solutions for network design.
• Analyze planning, capacity, and operational data to support forecasting decisions.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to improve visibility into network performance.
• Integrate planning platforms, systems, data sources, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Network Design, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Document requirements, workflows, dependencies, and risks.
• Research emerging technologies in AI, automation, cloud networking, and network engineering.
• Support continuous improvement for scalability, efficiency, standardization, and innovation.
• Develop knowledge of interconnection products like Fabric, Internet Exchange, Metro Connect, and Internet Access.
