A bit about the job:

This senior position within the Aviva network team focuses on governing ITIL processes provided by our network support partner, especially Lifecycle Management. Responsibilities include BAU delivery activities, ensuring requirements are met, processes are improved, and team efforts are aligned to drive organizational transformation.

• Define and govern network service structures aligned with business and user priorities
• Oversee service delivery, documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Interpret supplier data to support decision-making
• Manage risks, represent operations in supplier meetings, and communicate with stakeholders
• Lead team delivery activities and manage the Network Delivery Manager

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience managing network operations, including Lifecycle Management, with a strong understanding of ITIL
• Proven leadership in service ownership roles, with services that are well-defined, documented, and continuously improved
• Experience communicating network updates and enhancements to stakeholders and implementing improvements
• Strong risk management skills and experience managing Business Controls
• Experience delivering multiple complex projects on time
