The network team has expanded to include four diagnostic networks: Pathology, Imaging, Endoscopy and Physiological Sciences. Our collaborative approach is key and we proactively support our trusts to progress various value adding projects and clinical innovations.
Diagnostic networks are an advocate in creating an environment to support all our staff to develop and grow, share skills and knowledge, embrace innovation, deliver excellence and value within our activities.
This role predominately supports the Pathology and Physiological Sciences element of the portfolio and there is an option to apply for either a part-time or full-time post. On your application please indicate if you are interested in supporting one/both parts of the portfolio.
The majority of the role will be remote working, with an option to hot desk at Trusts within the East of England if you wish to work onsite.
You will have a background in transformation or project delivery, relevant qualifications or substantial experience.
This post is fixed term until 31st March 2026. Internal applicants currently employed by ESNEFT will be offered on a secondment basis only.
You will provide transformation expertise to a range of stakeholders, develop projects and pro-actively manage national policy at a network level. You will also support and scope new opportunities to deliver cost and value benefits across the network’s portfolio.
You will attend, participate and present at various events, representing the network therefore need to occasionally travel around the East of England.
Leading and managing a portfolio of projects and clinical priorities, ensuring they represent best value for money and are aligned with national policy. These will be in either pathology or physiological sciences and may include oversight of digital, procurement, clinical or cost saving initiatives.
Assisting the Network Operational Director by providing leadership and management for projects, monthly reporting at Network Steering Groups, providing the technical expertise and knowledge on how to deliver best outcome for our Trust members.
Developing and ensuring efficient and effective project governance, working with a range of senior clinical and non-clinical staff.
