Job summary

Pearson Carter Limited is seeking a NetSuite ERP Developer in Yorkshire with strong SQL and NetSuite development experience. You will own and enhance the ERP platform, automate processes, and collaborate with the Head of Finance and stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Sales and Operations.

Hybrid role with minimum 3 days onsite per week and the opportunity to drive automation and process improvements within a family-owned UK business of notable scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience as NetSuite ERP Developer.
• Strong NetSuite development and customisation experience.
• SQL experience is essential.
• IT, Computer Science or a related degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing and delivering technical projects.
• Proven ability to plan projects and lead teams through successful delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with business users to understand requirements and improve processes.
• A solutions-focused approach with ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
• Experience improving data quality, system functionality and operational efficiency.

NetSuite ERP Developer – £70,000 –Yorkshire / Hybrid

Pearson Carter are currently working with an established, family-owned UK manufacturing and supply business to recruit a NetSuite ERP Developer.

You’ll play a key role in developing and optimising their NetSuite ERP system, which was implemented just over a year ago. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the platform, drive automation and deliver process improvements across Finance, Procurement, Sales and Operations.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance and wider business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, improve data quality and implement solutions that support the company’s continued growth.

Location

The NetSuite ERP Developer role is based in South Yorkshire.

The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with flexibility to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week. Occasional travel to other UK sites may be required.
