Job summary

Ballards LLP in Birmingham is seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation projects while building strong client relationships. This position involves running workshops, configuring NetSuite, managing data migrations, and delivering user training.

Qualifications

Overview

Location: Birmingham office up to 2 days per week depending on projects - Hybrid with regular travel to client sites

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end NetSuite implementation projects
• Run client workshops and gather business requirements
• Configure NetSuite and deliver tailored ERP solutions
• Manage data migration, integrations, testing and go‑live activities
• Deliver user training and support change adoption
• Support solution design, pre‑sales activity and project scoping
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience delivering NetSuite implementations
• Experience leading functional workstreams or acting as a functional consultant
• Strong ERP process knowledge (O2C, P2P and R2R)
• Experience with workshops, business analysis, testing and user training
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial, solution‑focused approach with the confidence to engage at all levels
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites

NetSuite certifications, consultancy experience and knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics or other ERP platforms would be advantageous.
