Location: Oxfordshire, England | Salary: £26K–£32K | Permanent

We are seeking a hands‑on NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of our client’s ERP platform and help build seamless, reliable business operations across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organisation with a global footprint.

The Role
  • Administer and configure NetSuite (roles, dashboards, workflows, saved searches, scripts)
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data accuracy and reliability
  • Train and support teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and Operations
  • Streamline processes and automate workflows in partnership with stakeholders
  • Manage integrations with other business tools and applications
  • Maintain documentation, process maps, and support security, compliance, and audits
  • Contribute to the future roadmap and continuous improvement of the NetSuite platform
Experience
  • Hands‑on experience administering NetSuite ERP
  • Understanding of finance and supply chain workflows (P2P, O2C, inventory management)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable with data imports/exports and reconciliation (Excel/Sheets/CSV)
  • Knowledge of core IT support principles and identity/access management
  • Clear communication skills and ability to support non‑technical users
