Qualifications

• Experience within timber framehouse building industry.
• Understanding of working alongside NHBC.
• Current CSCS Card preferred with SMSTS and First Aid certificates.

Responsibilities

• Manage a construction site to meet deadlines and specifications.
• Ensure quality and safety inspections are up to standards.
• Facilitate communication with external parties for project success.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and incidents.
• Inspect materials and ensure they are stored correctly.
• Supervise workforce and subcontractors to meet quality and budget.
