Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a .NET Developer for an on-site role in South Bristol. You will join an Agile development team, designing and building scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET technologies.

Ideal candidates will have .NET Core/8, ASP.NET and REST API experience, plus HTML/JS skills and a familiarity with Azure/AWS/GCP. A degree in CS is preferred and you will contribute to enterprise-level solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in .NET Core/8, C#, Web API and ASP.NET.
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript for UI touches.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) preferred.
• Strong SQL skills with MySQL or similar databases.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field is desirable.
• Design and development of scalable backend services and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the architecture, design, development and support of .Net applications.
• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using C#.
• Build integrations with third-party systems via REST APIs and JSON/XML.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve production issues.
• Support cloud-hosted applications.

As the successful .Net Developer, you will be:

• Contribute to the architecture, design, development and support of .Net applications
• Designing and developing scalable backend services and APIs using C#
• Designing and Building integrations with third-party systems and services using REST APIs and JSON/XML Improvement
• Troubleshooting, debugging and resolving production issues
• Supporting cloud-hosted applications

The successful Fullstack .Net Developer will have:

• Experienced with .NetCore/8, C#, Web API, ASP.Net,
• Experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Ideally experience in Azure/ AWS/ GCP
• A strong understanding of SOLID Principals / Object Oriented Analysis / Object Oriented Design
• Strong SQL skills with experience of MySQL or similar relational databases
• Ideally have a degree or relevant qualification in Computer Science
• Design and development of User Interfaces, database models and database architecture
• Someone who is looking to work in a busy and growing environment and have the ability to learn.
