Ember Technology seeks a .NET Software Engineer to lead our .NET initiatives, shaping the direction of our projects and guiding framework adoption across teams.

You will architect robust applications using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and Visual Studio, and mentor a growing development group. Strong Azure/AWS exposure plus AngularJS, WCF, and Web API experience are valued in this pivotal role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of .NET development experience required.
• Experience with ASP.NET, MVC and C# is essential.
• Familiar with MS SQL Server and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Exposure to AngularJS, WCF and Web API is beneficial.
• Willingness to lead teams and advance into people management.

Your Role

• Framework Development: Establish and guide the adoption of .NET technologies, particularly focusing on ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and Visual Studio within our projects.

• Extensive .NET Experience: Strong background in .NET development, including hands-on experience with web application frameworks such as AngularJS and web services like WCF and Web API.

• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Comprehensive Software Development Skills: Proficient across the entire software development lifecycle, with a solid understanding of software design patterns and cloud architecture.

• Umbraco: Experience in Umbraco would be advantageous.
