Role Overview

As a Neighbourhood Manager at A2Dominion, you will be the face of the company, directly shaping the lives of residents by providing the support, care, and attention that make their communities thrive. Your work will enhance safety, wellbeing, and satisfaction of residents, ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will conduct estate inspections, manage building safety, handle tenancy issues, including noise complaints and safeguarding, and work at the forefront of creating vibrant, thriving communities.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct estate, scheme, and property inspections to maintain high safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Support residents with tenancy management issues such as noise complaints, disputes, and safeguarding concerns.
  • Work closely with internal departments and external partners to address building maintenance and safety.
  • Engage with residents through regular communication, ensuring their concerns are heard and acted upon.
  • Provide tailored support to vulnerable individuals and families, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Gather feedback from residents to continually improve services and ensure satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in external meetings, attend court proceedings, and support residents through various issues.
About you
  • Driving licence and own car – essential.
  • Experience in housing or willingness to learn about building safety, fire safety, and tenancy issues.
  • Understanding the importance of looking out for vulnerable residents and being a trusted resource.
  • Experience with tenancy matters such as noise or neighbour concerns, and familiarity with housing policies and regulations or willingness to learn.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to explain things clearly.
  • Confident using tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Attention to detail and ability to keep information accurate and up to date.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, able to stay organised while juggling multiple tasks.
