A leading housing provider in England is seeking a Neighbourhood Coach to manage a new patch in Worcestershire. You will welcome new customers, manage tenancy sign-ups, and support community building. Strong relationship and problem-solving skills are essential. This role requires a full driving licence and previous experience in a customer-facing role. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to creating sustainable communities.
Contract: Permanent, full time
Location: Worcestershire including Worcester, Malvern Hills, Pershore, Droitwich and Bromsgrove. Regular home working is also available
This is an exciting time at Bromford, part of Bromford Flagship, as we're expanding the number of homes we provide. Because of this we're looking for a neighbourhood coach to join our team in Worcestershire, in a newly created patch. This role will provide an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our newest developments, while continuing to support existing neighbourhoods to thrive.
As a Neighbourhood Coach, you'll be right at the heart of your community - getting to know our customers, helping them settle into their new homes, and supporting them to connect, contribute, and feel proud of where they live.
No two days will be the same. You'll:
You're curious, confident, and resilient. You'll thrive in a role where every day is different, where change is constant, and where there isn't always an established process to follow.
You ideally will have worked in a customer facing role, perhaps within housing, local authority, or social care, giving you the skills to handle complex situations with care and professionalism. You'll also be comfortable donning your PPE for on-site visits and confident juggling competing priorities to meet deadlines.
An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
The closing date is 26th November 2025, with interviews to be held on 8th December 2025.
