As our NEETs Lecturer, you will work primarily with students engaged across a range of courses providing support needed to ensure learners achieve in their programme of study. The post holder will need to be innovative in their teaching methods and responsible for aspects of leadership within the curriculum.

As NEETs Lecturer, you will work closely with curriculum leaders, teachers and senior leaders to drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning and assessment. You will support, challenge and coach staff, ensuring high expectations are embedded and that quality processes deliver meaningful impact for learners.
