Job summary

Mace, London-based, is seeking an NEC Supervisor to support the Project Management and Building Surveying teams in delivering a pipeline of Construction Projects using NEC contracts. The successful candidate will be supported by our Building Surveying team in London.

You’ll be responsible for delivering NEC Supervisor and site quality monitoring roles for central government departments, with strong knowledge of the NEC contract and MMC basics.

Qualifications

• NEC contract knowledge and site monitoring experience.
• Experience delivering NEC Supervisor roles on construction sites.
• Understanding of modern construction methods and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NEC Supervisor and site quality monitoring for central government projects.
• Ensure compliance with NEC contracts and design information requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, Project Managers and clients.
• Report progress, compliance and defects using written reports and Asite/CEMAR.
• Maintain effective communication and manage workload independently.
• Support safety programmes and understand health and safety risks on site.
