Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Birmingham is seeking NEC project management professionals to join our Real Estate team. You will lead commissions end-to-end, acting as the primary client interface to ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets.

Projects can range up to £40m in value, with larger engagements when advisory in nature. You will oversee governance, planning, procurement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in relevant discipline.
• Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• A good working knowledge of the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC).

Responsibilities

• Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery.
• Act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and quality standards.
• Project management involves advising at the conception stage, defining success criteria, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
