Responsibilities
  • Carry out Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using methods such as visual weld inspection, radiographic testing, and dye penetrant testing (PFD).
  • Interpret inspection results to assess weld integrity and overall component quality.
  • Ensure all inspections comply with relevant industry standards, customer specifications, and company quality procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare detailed reports.
  • Work closely with fabrication and welding teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Keep up to date with the latest NDT technologies and best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Certified to EN4179/NAS410 standards in relevant NDT methods (preferred).
  • Proven experience performing NDT within a fabrication or welding environment.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 quality management systems (advantageous).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team.
