Are you a level 2 qualified NDT Technician? Have you worked within a highly regulated industry? If so, this position could be a great fit for you. We are working with a leading precision component manufacturer who are looking for an NDT Technician to carry out FPI/DPI/LPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection activities on a range of their components.

Job Description
  • Carry out Inspection operations (FPI and Visual)
  • Ensure NDT equipment is maintained and suitable for the operation.
  • Interpret and evaluate test results against defined acceptance standards.
  • Generate work instructions in preparation for Level 3 approval.
  • Ensure product is conforming to customer product specifications and definitions.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Level 2 qualified in FPI/DPI/LPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection/Dye Penetrant Inspection/Liquid Penetrant Inspection)
  • Experience working within a highly regulated industry
  • Ability to read customer specifications and drawings

Recruitment Information

Permanent. Salary dependent on experience. Derby. Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm, Friday 7am - 12pm.
