Job summary

A well-established pharmaceutical business in Wrexham seeks an NDP Technician to support vial filling, lyophilisation, and capping processes. The ideal candidate will have a recent Science degree, excellent English skills, and a keen interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsibilities include writing procedures, documenting validation activities, and operating manufacturing equipment under strict quality standards. Flexibility in working hours is required as this is a temporary role.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the New Products facility supporting vial filling, lyophilisation, and vial capping processes.
  • Write procedures and document validation activities.
  • Operate a range of manufacturing equipment in line with strict quality assurance and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with machine operator duties and help maintain the operational readiness of the facility.

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established pharmaceutical business in their search for a NDP Technician to work in Wrexham.

Job Details
  • Pay: £15.86 per hour (incl 9% premium)
  • Hours of Work: Core hours 8am till 4:30pm Monday to Friday (annualised hours so flexibility is required)
  • Duration: Temporary (Ongoing)
Job Role

As an NDP Technician, you will work in the New Products facility supporting vial filling, lyophilisation, and vial capping processes. The role involves writing procedures, documenting validation activities, and operating a range of manufacturing equipment in line with strict quality assurance and regulatory standards. You will also assist with machine operator duties and help maintain the operational readiness of the facility.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
  • Recent Science Degree Qualification, ideally in Biology
  • Excellent English (read, write, speak) to understand complex technical instructions
  • Keen interest in a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
  • Familiarity with clean room operations
  • Experience with vial filling and freeze drying (Lyo)
