Job summary

Ghenova is expanding its Draughtsman team in the Naval Department at the Bristol office. The role focuses on creating precise 2D and 3D drawings from technical input, collaborating across mechanical, structural and electrical teams, and ensuring compliance with design standards.

You will maintain documentation and support version control across projects. The ideal candidate has vocational CAD drawing qualifications with hands-on CAD tool experience and the ability to read engineering plans.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or equivalent in technical drawing or CAD.
• Experience with CAD design tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX, Rhino).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Eligible to work in the UK and at Bristol office.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D/3D drawings for components and assemblies.
• Interpret technical specifications and input to create accurate models.
• Collaborate with mechanical, structural, and electrical teams.
