Are you passionate about nature recovery, biodiversity, and engaging communities in caring for the environment? We're looking for a highly motivated Natural Environment Officer to join our Environment Team and play a key role in delivering projects that enhance Lincolnshire's natural environment for both people and wildlife.

The role is fixed term for two years with the potential to be extended.

This is an exciting opportunity for an environmental professional to lead and support projects ranging from biodiversity enhancement and green space development to coastal initiatives, nature reserve management, and community-led environmental action.

As Natural Environment Officer, you will identify, develop and deliver projects that improve Lincolnshire's natural environment. You'll work closely with residents, volunteer groups, schools, environmental organisations, local authorities and government agencies to maximise environmental and social benefits. We're looking for someone who combines technical environmental knowledge with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on Lincolnshire's natural environment and contribute directly to nature recovery, biodiversity enhancement and community wellbeing. You'll work as part of a dedicated Environment Team, helping to deliver ambitious environmental programmes that benefit current and future generations.
