Job description

Zaizi is looking for a Natsec Cloud Engineer who has demonstrable experience of automating the software delivery pipeline within a highly scalable system that relies heavily on open source technologies.

Responsibilities

• Automate application and infrastructure provisioning, configuration and deployment within a highly secure environment
• Work as part of a multi‑disciplined Agile/Scrum team

Technologies

• AWS CloudFormation
• Amazon ECS

• CI/CD automation (ideally DroneCI)
• Git (e.g., GitHub or GitLab)
• Advanced Linux administration and scripting (e.g., Bash)
• Ansible
• Good knowledge of security best practices and experience automating/implementing them (e.g., Kubernetes security groups, mutual authentication, HTTP security headers, etc.)
• Experience using AWS Developer tools (AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild) would be an advantage

Interview Process

1. Initial phone screening done by a member of the recruitment team.
2. Technical interview, evaluating technical expertise and problem‑solving abilities.
3. 10‑15 minute presentation and a panel interview where multiple people from different departments ask you questions.
