Job summary

MinsterFB is seeking a Content Marketing Executive who is a native German speaker to join our team in Southwell. You will create, review and optimise product listings for Amazon UK and international markets, improving visibility and conversion.

This hybrid role involves content creation, listing management and data-driven optimisation. We offer 33 days holiday, a 3pm Friday finish and a 3-month unpaid sabbatical after 3 years of service; remote work up to 4 weeks per year is allowed.

MinsterFB is seeking Content Marketing Executive who is a native speaker of German. In this role, you will help create, maintain, and optimise product listings on Amazon. You will develop and refine listings to improve visibility and conversion across the UK and international marketplaces. You will gather and organise product information for new launches, manage listings through the Amazon process, and continuously enhance their look, feel, and performance for customers

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Create, review, and optimise content for German-speaking audiences, ensuring accuracy and relevance

• Creating new product lines and enhancing the digital shelf through text and image optimisation
• Identifying and resolving product setup issues
• Troubleshooting when products are not available for sale
• Conducting A/B tests to improve listing performance
• Supporting wider business needs as required

Desired Skills

• Fluent in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious and proactive, willing to ask questions to understand challenges and solve problems
• Action-oriented, with the ability to get things done using the knowledge and tools provided

Desired Qualification:

• Ideally educated to degree level with evidence of strong mathematical ability and an interest in online/IT fields
• Non-graduates will also be considered if you can demonstrate success in a similar environment

Location:

This is an office-based role in our Southwell location for a minimum of two days per week. Hybrid working is supported through Zoom and Microsoft Teams, but face-to-face interaction is an important part of our culture.

For the first four weeks, you will be required in the office every day to meet the team and familiarise yourself with the business.

You may work from anywhere in the world for up to four consecutive weeks per year.

Salary & Other Benefits:

• £27,227 per annum
• 33 days annual holiday (including public holidays)
• 3pm finish every Friday
• Three-month unpaid sabbatical available after three years of continuous service
• Working hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-3pm

Job Details:

• Work hours are, Monday to Thursday 9am until 5.30pm, Friday 9am until 3pm
• This job unapologetically online / on screen. However with the flexibility that fantastic global internet coverage provides you will be able to work remotely anywhere in the world for up to 4 consecutive weeks a year
• In addition employees are entitled to a 3mth unpaid sabbatical after 4 years of continuous employment
