The role involves strip and re-sheeting on metal and flat roofing systems, liquid roofing, rooflight replacements and routine maintenance on commercial/industrial sites. Own van and full PPE are essential, with potential progression into supervisory roles.

Qualifikationen

• SSSTS supervisor in the gang is required.
• All operatives must hold CSCS cards.
• Proven experience in commercial roofing.
• Must be able and willing to work nationwide and stay away during the week.
• Own van, tools, and full PPE.

Aufgaben

• Strip and re-sheeting on metal and flat roofing systems.
• Liquid roofing, overlays, and patch repairs.
• Rooflight replacements.
• General reactive and planned maintenance.
• Work safely on live commercial and industrial sites.
• Liaising with in-house scaffolding teams where required.
