OnSide is seeking a dedicated Youth Voice & Engagement Manager to empower young people to influence decisions and shape UK opportunities. The role focuses on coordinating the Youth Advisory Board, enabling leadership growth, and connecting young people with senior leaders.

The position is full-time, hybrid with weekly in Bolton and UK-wide travel, including occasional overnight stays. You will deliver training, participate in campaigns, and uphold safeguarding while supporting diverse youth

Qualifications

• You will be an experienced youth worker who can build trust and inspire participation.
• Experience supporting young people to influence decisions and shape programmes.
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging training with safeguarding in mind.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, induct and support a diverse Youth Advisory Board.
• Coordinate meetings, communications and follow-up actions.
• Plan and deliver workshops, training and residential activities.
• Support young people to speak at events and contribute to campaigns.
• Connect young people with senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Support youth participation in new facilities development.
• Manage sessional youth workers on project delivery.
• Evaluate participation activities with strong safeguarding practices.
