Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD is seeking two enthusiastic vocational trainers to deliver short, practical programmes for adults, across national field-based venues. The positions involve travel and a flexible approach to cover various vocational areas.

Ideal candidates have credible specialisms, strong teaching and assessment experience, and are willing to travel, including overnight stays. A full driving licence and DBS/prison-vetting where required are essential considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training or assessments and strong occupational knowledge in at least one relevant sector.
• Excellent presentation, communication and learner-engagement skills.
• A recognised teaching or assessing qualification is advantageous; additional training and accreditations can be supported.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
• Flexible, organised and hands-on approach, with a genuine interest in helping people progress.
• DBS and, where required, prison-vetting processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, inclusive training to adults from varied backgrounds.
• Prepare learners for assessments, qualifications and work-related progression.
• Adapt your teaching style to different abilities and support learner engagement.
• Maintain accurate course, assessment and compliance paperwork.
• Follow safeguarding, quality and awarding-body requirements.
• Travel to training venues across the UK and work collaboratively with the wider delivery team.
