Job description

As a National Store Development Manager, you will be responsible for store developments within the Bestway Group. You will deliver projects in line with the latest brand specifications and store formats to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver all store design specifications across all brands, ensuring compliance with Group store brand principles and group store formats.
  • Innovate and evaluate future needs of retailers and consumers, ensuring cost‑effective solutions that provide high value for investment.
  • Manage and maintain the store development process, ensuring projects are delivered on critical path timescales, within budget and customer expectations.
  • Ensure all projects comply with legal, health and safety requirements.
  • Produce CAD plans to a good standard that highlight all contract works, layouts and equipment specifications.
  • Maintain brand integrity by using equipment supplied from our preferred suppliers.
  • Provide communication updates on relevant developments to retailers, suppliers, colleagues, RSMs and ASMs.
  • Monitor commission budgets and targets within the region.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
  • Review performance data, including activity reports, to monitor and measure team productivity, goal achievements and overall effectiveness against company criteria.
  • Identify potential development leads through close interfacing with RSMs/ASMs and Recruitment Executives.
  • Proactively support cross‑functional working to drive and increase sales and performance across the group.
