Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational delivery of damp, mould, and disrepair cases across the UK.
  • Manage surveying and remedial contracts, ensuring compliance with KPIs, budgets, and contract terms.
  • Oversee a team of Business Partners and administration support.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and local authorities.
  • Provide performance reports and manage escalations.
