Role Overview

Roofing & Cladding Fixings will involve:

• UK Sales Manager position promoting a high quality manufactured range of fixings and fastenings used for roofing and cladding applications
• Managing, developing and coaching a small team of 2 ASMs
• Supporting the team attending customer visits with specialist roofing and cladding contractors while spending remaining time dealing with selected distributors, merchants, and waterproofing manufacturers
• Targeted on the UK turnover
• Dealing with order values ranging from £500 - £15k per project
• Work alongside internal sales support and provide on site support for larger projects

Qualifications

• Must have people management experience
• Must be commercially astute
• Ideally have building envelope, roofing or cladding sales experience; otherwise related product backgrounds will be considered
• Ideally knowledge of fixings, fastenings, cladding, roofing, single ply roofing, roof insulation, roofing membranes, bituminous roofing, liquid applied roofing, waterproofing, metal roofing/cladding systems
• Ideally experience of selling to roofing / cladding contractors
• Must be a team player
• Confident people person with genuine hunger for sales and long term opportunity
• Organised and self‑motivated
