Job Overview
  • Lead, develop, and motivate Regional Resourcing Coordinators to attract and retain skilled operators.
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies that ensure a reliable pipeline of compliant, high‑performing candidates.
  • Support workforce planning to meet future project and business growth demands.
  • Build and maintain relationships with training providers, agencies, and other external partners.
  • Oversee resourcing operations to ensure service excellence, consistency, and compliance across all regions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive national growth initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Manage divisional budgets, track performance metrics, and report on recruitment outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of industry compliance, health & safety, and employment regulations.

  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive salary: £55,000-£65,000 per annum
