Qualifikationen

• Recognised planning qualification, degree or equivalent; RTPI membership eligible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present reports.
• Able to work as part of a team to support National Park objectives.

Aufgaben

• Process householder and straightforward planning applications, including site visits and reports.
• Assist in processing other planning-related work and fringe consultations.
• Respond to public enquiries and provide planning advice at surgeries.
• Liaise with Enforcement on unauthorised development matters.
• Assist in appeal document preparation and Local Development Plan reviews.
