Seeking an experienced operations leader passionate about delivering excellence across multiple sites.

Location

Anywhere based in the South of UK. Must have ability to work across a Southern National Remit via Car.

Pay

£42.5K-£45K DOE + £5,400 Car Allowance.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites within your region (North or South).
• Ensure all operations are delivered in a cost-effective and compliant manner.
• Manage and mentor Site Coordinators and operational teams.
• Implement and enhance operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Plan and manage material procurement, inventory, and stockholding efficiency.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with client and business needs.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to improve profitability.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Perform quality control checks and monitor KPIs to maintain service excellence.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to build high-performing teams.
• Identify and implement improvements in customer service quality.
• Attend client operational meetings and act as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Service, Technical Support, and Compliance.
• Prepare and submit accurate, timely reports to senior management.
• Promote and uphold company values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
