Job summary

Pratap Partnership Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Joiner to lead nationwide installation and workshop-based manufacturing of high-quality bespoke joinery. The role combines site work with controlled workshop production, offering long-term stability.

You will read technical drawings, operate woodworking machinery, and ensure safety and quality on all projects. A full UK driving licence is required for travel to sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Extensive joinery experience across site and workshop environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with woodworking machinery and power tools.
• Excellent workmanship and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Positive attitude with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Installing bespoke joinery such as doors, windows and screens.
• Taking accurate site measurements and liaising with the workshop.
• Manufacturing bespoke joinery from drawings.
• Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely.
• Maintaining high quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working safely on site and in the workshop.
