Job summary
The National Pharmacy Association (NPA) invites applications for an Advice and Support Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Advice and Support team. You will provide expert professional advice to community pharmacy teams, help develop high-quality guidance and resources, and contribute to shaping support for the sector.
Key duties include delivering advice via multiple channels, researching and publishing guidance and training materials, and delivering trainings and webinars to members, with hybrid
Qualifications
- Registered pharmacist with the GPhC and community pharmacy experience.
- Strong knowledge of medicines legislation and NHS services.
- Experience delivering pharmacy services and content creation.
- Proficient in mentoring, coordination and project work.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice and support to pharmacy teams via telephone, email and other channels.
- Research and develop pharmacy guidance, training resources, SOPs and risk assessments.
- Keep members informed on emerging clinical, regulatory, legal and business developments.
- Deliver presentations, webinars and training sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to support projects and service development.
